We’re Magical Miles Coaching, and we’re here to help you prepare for your first Disney half marathon or your first triathlon.

After years of learning what to do - and what not to do - when it comes to endurance events, we’re building a community of like-minded people who want to get the most out of their time spent training for a long race.

We nurture human connection.

We’re not focused on cookie-cutter downloadable plans - there are plenty of those out there. We want to make sure you always have someone to talk to, get a pep talk from or just share stories with.

We are all in this together.

We focus on developing training groups and communities for specific races. Whether online or on the road, you’re going to have a team around you on the same path. You and your training group will work together, probably suffer together, and definitely celebrate together.

We know what makes an endurance athlete.

Endurance training isn’t rocket science, but there is some science involved. You’ll learn about heart rate zones, where yours are, and how to use basic physiology (and psychology) to get the most out of every workout.

We believe in the magic, too.

You’ll notice that our run training groups are full of people who love the Disney theme parks, and we can’t wait to help you make these magical places the backdrop for your breakthrough performances.
